ORDER Most orders are shipped 4-8 weeks as received on parts in stock, in most cases. Some parts are available immediately, please specify what you need when ordering.
MINIMUM We have no minimum order policy. Price breaks are given for quantity orders.
BACK ORDERS If we are out of stock in any item at the time your order is shipped, we will automatically BACK ORDER and ship when available. If you do not want the BACK ORDERED parts, please notify our Sales Representatives as soon as possible or your order will be shipped and you will be responsible for all charges incurred.
RETURNS No returns will be accepted unless authorized by a representative of Robsecure. No returns will be given on customized items*. In house credit for returned merchandise will be issued at the time the merchandise is received at Robsecure. If there is any negligence on our part, we will be happy to give a full refund or exchange.
SHIPPING All orders are shipped UPS Ground , Fex or local freight carrier. Lost or damaged goods are the CARRIER'S responsibility in all shipments. Please notify CARRIER of any problem(s) before accepting any shipment. *Also see shipping information
TERMS All orders can be paid by C.O.D. Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Travelers Check or Personal Check. A check acceptance form must be submitted for orders to be sent COD . Any orders on accounts reaching 60 days past due will be held from manufacturing or shipping until payment arrangements have been made with a representative of Robsecure.
PRICING Prices are wholesale based on quantity breaks. Prices are subject to change without advance notice. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment
