INSPECT SHIPMENT ON ARRIVAL

Damage claims must be made against the CARRIER that delivers your order. In order to expedite claims; be sure to mark on your bill of lading when your merchandise arrives. If you are uncertain how to make a claim, please call the CARRIER or RSD, Co. for assistance.

However, FOR YOUR PROTECTION:

1. Check carefully all shipments an arrival and compare total pieces shipped with total pieces received.
2. In case of OBVIOUS SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE—Mark it accordingly on the freight bill and have the driver initial it.
3. If shipment appears to have been roughly handled and you do not have time then to check each item-mark on freight bill that containers are damaged and there may be CONCEALED DAMAGED. Notify the Fright Company within seven days of your findings.

IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM-Contact the carrier immediately and request the proper forms and procedures in filing a claim. It is THEIR obligation to accommodate you promptly and in any reasonable way. SHOULD THEY NOT DO THIS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS-IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR NEAREST OFFICE OF THE Interstate Commerce Commission. There is no charge and the ICC will assist you
